FAQs

When hiring a realtor, you will learn that there’s many options you can choose from, regardless of your location. Are there any unique programs and marketing plans that one agent provide that others can’t?

Decide on a realtor that can make your home stand out from other available properties in the market, and check if there’s something special, they can offer as opposed to the competition.

I work with my clients at every step to keep a good reputation in the neighborhood. That way, my previous clients are more likely to recommend me and come back to me when they look to sell again.

Many real estate agents claim to be the best in their fields, and everywhere you look there’s an agent boasting about being an there’s an agent boasting about being an expert at everything. Fortunately, you’ve heard that before so many times you probably don’t even care anymore. At the end of the day, why should you care that agent X is the best? You just want someone who’s competent and can sell your home at the right price, not necessarily someone who claims to be the best.

With my clients, I make sure that I bring my numbers to my listing appointments. Therefore, they can know how many homes I’ve sold and my aggressive sales tactics so they can be confident I will implement the same for their home.

Does agent X have a specific amount of cash in mind for marketing listed homes as opposite to agent Y? What sort of media (magazines, marketing TV, social media, etc.) do they use to advertise homes? Do they know which approach is better?

With my clients, I make sure that I map out a marketing plan for their home and bring it to the listing appointments, so they know I set myself apart from other agents in the area.

Real estate agents should have a complete list of homes sold, particularly a list of homes sold in your area (but that’s not mandatory, just highly recommended.) They should also present comparable sales, if any. recommended.)

With my clients, I make sure that I bring a list of recently sold homes in the area as well as a list that my brokerage has sold to the listing appointment. That way, the potential sellers can see that we have a reputation in their neighborhood.

If you hire a realtor who doesn’t control their own marketing campaigns, then your property might be competing with other agents in the company.

With my clients, I make sure that I market my properties for myself, therefore my clients don’t have to compete with others and can have their property more visually shown.

This sort of information is usually available on the Multiple Listing Services. You can see if the agent’s performance rates are higher/lower than the average percentage presented with other agents within the board? Their level of performance can help you predict the amount of money you might get for selling your home with that agent.

You can find this information in stats from the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Does this agent sell homes faster or slower than other agents within same board? Their performance can help you make predictions and determine the amount of time your home will stay on the market prior to getting sold.

With my clients, I show them my level of performance during our listing appointments and make sure that I update my social media with my stats in the market.

Usually, the more buyers assigned to an agent, the better the chances for your home to sell quickly. The general price will also be increased because a skilled agent with lots of buyers can organize an auction-like house sale and invite potential buyers to place their bids.

With my clients, I make sure that I disclose how many clients I’m working with so that they’re able to know how my time is disbursed as well as showing them that I have potential buyers to show their home to.

This will help you spot a few names and convince them that you’ve made the right call by contacting them.

Stay away from real estate agents that force you to sign a contract with them. There may be penalties involved as well as broker protection timeframes that safeguard the interests of the broker only. Will they allow you to back down from a deal without any penalties in case you’re not 100% satisfied with their services?

With my clients, I make sure that I answer all the questions that my clients ask. That way, the client and I can decide how to cater to their needs and wants.
